Application form available on Pakistan Coast Guards website (www.pakistancoastguards.gov.pk) or can be collected from under mentioned address on any working day and submitted to following address within 15 days after publishing of advertisement date. Submit 2x copies of the listed documents duly attested: Computerized National Identity Card, Domicile, Education Certificate / Degree (Matric/FSc/MBBS/MPH etc), Marks Sheet of MBBS (Final professional), House Job Certificates, Experience Certificate, Character Certificate, PMDC Registration Certificate, and 2x Photographs (passport size). Call-up notices will be issued after scrutiny to eligible applicants for written test; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA for Written Test/Interview is admissible.
