Employment form along with documents attested by a Gazetted Officer: Employment form with all required documents, PM&DC teaching experience certificate, PM&DC faculty registration, valid PM&DC registration, copy of all academic certificates, 04 passport size photographs, copy of publications (if any), CNIC copy, CV, local or domicile certificate and fee receipt. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previous institute is mandatory before joining. Application processing fee for Demonstrators: Rs. 1000/- & for Associate Professor and above: Rs. 2000/-.
